This year a section of the bracket made it’s way to the Charleston Civic Center. This particular section included a Marshall Alumni team (Herd That) and a WVU Alumni team (Best Virginia). One would like to think that it’s just a bunch of washed up “old guys” gathering for one last run at glory by splitting the winning share of one million dollars. This is more than that, far, far more!

It seems that the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic has more than put a strain on the casual collector. A once children’s hobby has turned into a high stakes investment! Hobby boxes in the hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars for all sports! Will the interest peak? Or will casual collectors get priced out of the hobby?
MOST THROUGH THREE: Eight quarterbacks were chosen in the first three rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft, the most in the first three rounds of a single draft since 1967.
The below playing rules and bylaws were adopted by NFL teams today:

The Washington Football Team moving on from the name “Redskins” is just the tipping point this day and age I believe. Only to gain momentum within the next few years like a snowball rolling downhill. Do I agree/disagree with any of this? I have my opinions, but it doesn’t affect my day to day life. I just sit back and watch things unfold naturally.
LeBron James will most definitely be with the Los Angeles Lakers through the 22/23 season. But what’s next for the then thirty eight year old? Let’s think about it for a minute. Not that I have inside knowledge on the topic or anything, this is just a collection of my thoughts for how his career will end (contrary to belief from his stats, body, athletic ability) It WILL “at some point” end.
It’s Will Grier’s world, we’re just living in it. The fifth year senior will need to stay accurate and precise this season. Not only for himself individually, but for the team as well. In what was the first ever meeting between these two schools on Saturday a lot of questions were to be answered, mostly on the defensive side of the ball.
The year was 2018. The team was the Atlanta Falcons. Former laughing stock of the league, turned powerhouse. Be that as it may, I may be getting a little ahead of myself. But, the beginning may not be as far fetched as some may think. The Steelers had their decade, the Niners had theirs, the Patriots, so on, and so on.
The Pitt Panthers came into Sunday’s afternoon game riding a 12 game losing streak. The rumors, chatter, and emotions would only escalate with fans after this game was over. Outside of the “The Pete” was a wash out. On the inside, things wouldn’t be much different.
ou can have your Josh Rosen’s and Baker Mayfield’s. I’m taking WVU’s very own Will Grier. All the hype leading up to this guys home debut was surpassed. Anyone can pick apart a quarterback’s mechanics, decisions, ball velocity, etc. But, on this day he was flawless.
For the first time in the history of the franchise, the Houston Texans hold their Training Camp away from home. Just like the Saints have done in the past, the Texans now call the beautiful Greenbrier resort home for a few short weeks
Lonzo Ball! Where to start? All the hype, all the glitz, and the glamour. When will it end? Truth is it may not. But, for now I’m gonna give you my take on the whole situation.
